ToolBox is a free collection of fast, focused online utilities for everyday text, developer, image, PDF, and calculation tasks. Every tool is designed to do one thing well, load instantly, and stay out of your way — no sign-up, no clutter, no unnecessary steps.

Why we built this

Most small utility tasks — counting words, formatting JSON, resizing an image, generating a password — shouldn't require installing software or creating an account. ToolBox brings a wide range of these tools together in one place, built to be quick to find, quick to use, and free.

How it works

The majority of tools on ToolBox run entirely in your browser: your input is processed on your own device using JavaScript and is never uploaded anywhere. A small number of tools — like merging PDFs, watermarking PDFs, or shortening a URL — genuinely need server-side processing, and for those, we keep data handling minimal and time-limited. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what each type of tool does with your data.

Who it's for

Developers debugging JSON or JWTs, writers checking word counts, students converting units, and anyone who just needs a quick calculation or conversion without hunting through ads and pop-ups on cluttered utility sites.

Free, and supported by ads

ToolBox is free to use. To help cover hosting costs, the site may display advertising. We aim to keep ad placements unobtrusive and separate from the tools themselves.
