ToolBox provides free online utilities for text, developer, image, PDF, and conversion/calculation tasks. Tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ToolBox for any unlawful purpose, or to process content you don't have the right to process.
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service (including the URL Shortener, Contact Form, or PDF tools), or bypass any rate limits or security measures.
- Use the URL Shortener to link to malicious, illegal, or deceptive content.
- Upload files containing malware or attempt to exploit our file-processing tools.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or resell access to the service without permission.
3. No professional advice
Calculators and converters on ToolBox (including the EMI, BMI, Age, Percentage, and Currency Converter tools) are provided for general informational and convenience purposes only. They are not financial, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on any calculation. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of any text, files, or other content you submit to ToolBox. By using a server-processed tool (PDF Merge, PDF Watermark, URL Shortener, Contact Form), you grant us permission to temporarily process that content solely to provide the requested function, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The ToolBox name, design, and underlying code are our property (or used under license) and may not be copied or redistributed without permission, except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses where noted.
6. Third-party links and services
ToolBox may link to or rely on third-party services (such as the Frankfurter exchange rate API, or advertising served by Google AdSense). We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolBox and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including reliance on any calculation, conversion, or generated file.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ToolBox at any time, and may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
